RESERVATION

Booking Policy

Guests may book up to 60 days in advance.
To secure your preferred seating, we recommend making a reservation at least one (01) week in advance.
For same-day or next-day reservations, please contact our Hotline/Whatsapp for immediate assistance.
Reserved tables will be held for 15 minutes from the booked time. In case of any delay or change of plans, kindly notify us in advance so we can assist accordingly.
For bookings of 7 guests or more, please contact our Hotline directly for reservation support.
We’d love to welcome you—please book provided you’re comfortable with our reservation policy.

Allergies & Dietary

Kindly inform us for at least 1 day in advance of any special dietary preferences or allergy-related concerns, so we can provide the best menu support.
If we are not notified ahead of time, our team will do their best to accommodate with available ingredients. We are unable to accommodate last minute allergies or dietary restrictions.

Surcharge

Wine corkage fee: 1,000,000 VND (applies to bottles under 750 ml; larger bottles will incur a higher fee)
Spirits corkage fee: 2,000,000 VND (applies to bottles under 750 ml; larger bottles will incur a higher fee)
Birthday cake: Not applicable
Photography fee: Not applicable; we kindly ask that guests refrain from using flash or professional photography/videography equipment (including ring lights) in shared spaces.
Third-party decoration services: Kindly contact the Studios team for specific guidance.

Private Dining Room

For guests booking a private dining room, Studios applies the following minimum spend and deposit policy:

For 2 to 4 guests:

Deposit: 500,000 VND / guest
Minimum spend: 2,500,000 VND / guest

For 5 guests or more:

Deposit: 500,000 VND / guest
Minimum spend: 1,800,000 VND / guest

(Prices exclude VAT and service charge, and include food and beverage)

Dresscode

We kindly ask guests to dress in smart casual attire. Gentlemen are required to wear long trousers. For ladies, shorts and skirts should be of modest length.

Parking

Upon arrival, guests are kindly asked to follow the parking instructions below:

Motorbikes: Parking is available at No. 2, Nguyen Gia Thieu Street. Fee: 5,000 VND per vehicle.
Cars: Nguyen Gia Thieu Street is managed by the local traffic authority. Fee: 25,000 VND per hour.

Our valet support team is always available to assist.

DINING WITH KIDS

Children aged 7 and above are welcome to dine with us and enjoy the regular menu in our main dining space. For younger guests, please let us know in advance so we can assist accordingly.

CANCELLATION

Reservation cancellation & deposit policy:

If cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the reserved time: 100% of the deposit will be refunded .
If cancellation is made between 24 to 48 hours before the reserved time: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the reserved time: the deposit is non-refundable.

In cases where the guest who made the reservation is not the one settling the bill, our team will process 100% of the bill and refund the deposit via bank transfer to the person who made the original reservation.
